As in many sports, coaches become so much more than the man or woman who teaches plays, choreographs routines and yells from the sidelines. Coaches become a person that athletes and families can trust to help instill values, hard work and a sense of greatness into their team. WYFC coaches take great pride in not only teaching them a sport but providing them a safe and honest space to grow in.

One of the many essential functions of coaches and team managers is to manage team communications with athletes and their families.  Our coaches (who are also parents, guardians or care givers as well), treat each athlete like they would treat their own child. We are proud of the role that our coaches and team managers take on as a teacher, role model and influencer. They take the responsibility of molding and instructing each athlete with great pride and commitment.
